Karen and Tony.. Ahhhh yes .. the love of my life!
So, it took him 18 years to finally marry me. You know, life takes you on many paths. All of the paths are for a reason. To get my girls, Anna and Emily, I had to follow one path. Not always a perfect happy one, but I could never trade those girls. For Tony to have Jeremiah and Gideon, it took another path. But for us to have our Isaac, it was our path together since 2000.
What have I learned from this life of mine? Patience, perseverance, faithfulness, and what you love really does come back to you if you wait. God will provide peace, joy, and love all in His good time.
God has provided us with a church. With a pastor who knows our warts, our history, and where we come from but he still loves and accepts us. Now, being 1300 miles from home that is an amazing feat. We are so thankful for Pastor Dave and Shirley. We are thankful that God has provided them for us. Bethlehem is now our home. More than I ever imagined possible. God is good. All the time.

North Carolina is a wonderful place to call home and since I have family in your church (Angela Johnson), you really do have a great church family. Who knows, maybe someday God will bring my family back to North Carolina. Wouldn’t that be grand!

How are you and Angela related? I have had her as a secret sister for two years at WHFMS…. but not this year.
